St. Patrick's Day

To celebrate St. Patrick's Day we took Lily to the Morristown St. Patty's Day parade. We met Aunt Meghan, the Andersens, and the Braccinis at the parade. The weather was gorgeous and we even got a little color from standing outside all day. Lily was great during the parade and liked seeing the fire engines from her Baby Einstein video. She was a big girl and rode in her stroller instead of clipping her carseat into the stroller.

That Monday we celebrated Ryan's 26th birthday! While we went out for a delicious Hibachi dinner Uncle Jesse and Stephanie came over to babysit Lily. They hung out for a while and after I put Lily to bed we left for dinner. Thanks for hanging out with Bailey while we were gone!

Ryan headed into the city tonight to celebrate Pratter's birthday with all of his college friends, so Sablo stopped by on the way in to meet Lily. Thanks for the "My Size" bunny and Elmo book! Lily loves them!!

Half Way to One!

Well we have survived the first six months! Lily has been such a wonderful baby and we are so lucky to have her. Even though the sleepless nights in the beginning seemed endless, looking back we can honestly say it wasn't that bad. We are into a great routine with Lily now. She sleeps 11-12 hours each night and is happy as can be all day. Lil gets 2 meals a day now and has been loving her food! We're just finishing up peas this week and going for the green beans next week! Every night before bedtime Lily has naked time. She loves being naked!! We had a great time celebrating her 6 month birthday with Denise and Phil in Bloomsburg. Lily didn't get to eat her cake, but we all liked it! The sitter's is going better than I could have imagined. Betty adores Lily and Lily is so happy everyday when we pick her up. It's really comforting to know she is in good hands and it has made going back to work so easy for me. I know I never have to worry about Lily during the day. Lil is also enjoying her Fridays with Daddy. They have gone out to lunch some days, they have come to visit me at work, and taken trips to visit GG. Tomorrow they have a busy day because we are getting wood floors installed. Yay!

We're gearing up for a busy weekend with the Morristown St. Patrick's Day parade on Saturday and Daddy's birthday on Monday. We'll be sure to post some pics right away.
