We decided to start Lily on her rice cereal because every time we ate or drank anything Lily was reaching for it and trying to eat and drink it herself. She did a great job on her first try. She was opening her mouth for the spoon and swallowed about 75% of the cereal. She got a little frustrated because we weren't moving fast enough with the spoon, so while I was scooping it in, Ryan was entertaining her with her singing puppy and a variety of toys. Here are a few pics of her first experience with cereal.

On Saturday night I babysat for Madelyn and we decided to make a play date out of it. I took Maddie over to the Andersen's to play with Nola and Ryan brought Lily over to hang out. The girls were sooo cute together. I can't wait until Lily is old enough to run around with them. I have a feeling they will keep us all very busy!
